FEARS that a sexual assault happened in Matson on Sunday were allayed by police.An incident was reported to have happened on Friday night but police say they are satisfied that nothing occurred and have closed their investigation.It was thought the attack happened at a bus stop in Matson Avenue on Friday night. Rumours about it quickly spread on Facebook.But a police spokesman said: "We would like to reassure the community in Matson that no sexual assault took place."
