TWO teenagers have admitted a "degrading and humiliating" attack on a boy where they threw concrete dust in his eyes, made him strip and carried out a prolonged sexual assault in a Gloucester cellar. ANTI-SOCIAL youths were spotted riding mopeds up and down a canal towpath.Three Hempsted residents told police about the joyriding down the towpath of the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal on Friday night.
