Police constables out on patrol in Gloucestershire have stumbled upon a large warehouse full to the brim with cannabis plants and equipment. Reports of children being subjected to cruelty in Gloucester have shot up by more than 350 per cent in the last year. New figures show there were 38 cases of child cruelty recorded by Gloucestershire police in the city district in the 12 months running up to June 2016.
