SINGLE mum Tracey Stephens is hoping for a brighter 2014 after two years of 'living hell' amidst false accusations of stealing from Innsworth Pre-School.
All 19 charges against Ms Stephens, 52, were dropped on appeal at Gloucester Crown Court last month after a judge ruled that the nursery at the centre of the allegations did not exist as a legal entity.
She worked at the pre-school for 11 years before she took over its management, and finances, in partnership with colleague Desma Smith.
