A teenager suspected of driving under the influence of cannabis and cocaine was arrested in the Cotswolds last night. The 19-year-old driver was arrested in Lechlade at 1:30am last night. A drugs wipe showed evidence of cocaine and cannabis in the teenager's system, police have said.
