Investigations are underway after a man was stabbed and a crash took place in Pembury Road in Gloucester at 7.15am today.A 44-year-old man has been taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with life threatening injuries.A man has been arrested in connection with the offence and is currently in police custody.Road closures are in place while the investigation continues.
