Staff at a Polish delicatessen in Cheltenham were not involved in a serious assault in its car park.
So said a worker at the Zrodelko Delikatesy in lower High Street this morning, as police continued to investigate the incident on its premises.
Officers said it happened at around 6pm yesterday when the victim, a 34-year-old Cheltenham man, was assaulted by another man in the car park.
