Guitarist Gareth Forsythe, who stabbed his partner twice during a drunken scuffle, was freed by a judge who confessed he might be making a 'great mistake' by not jailing him.Forsythe, 36, formerly of Pitman Road, St Marks, Cheltenham, admitted unlawfully wounding the woman on October 27 this year when they got into an argument after drinking.Prosecutor Ian Fenny said it had been a 'turbulent and alcohol fuelled relationship' and on that date Forsythe was 'in a state of high emotion'.He picked up...
