Police are investigating allegations a Gloucester man had sex with a child in Cheltenham.A spokeswoman for Gloucestershire Constabulary said: "A 45-year-old man from Gloucester has been arrested on suspicion of sexual activity with a child and bailed until May 27 pending further enquiries."The arrest relates to an incident that happened in 2011 in Cheltenham involving a girl under the age of 13."She declined to add any further details.
