A 14-year-old boy from Innsworth was threatened and assaulted by a man in a park in Cheltenham.The incident happened in Benhall Park in Robert Burns Avenue at 2.30pm on Sunday, September 6.The victim was in the park with friends playing in some water when a group of younger children playing nearby splashed the victim's phone and got it wet.
