Gloucestershire police have charged a woman with murder. 51-year-old Joanne Williams of Meek Road, Newent has been charged with the murder of 43-year-old Marc Hastings of Hillcrest Road, Berry Hill. She was arrested on August 12 when officers were called to her home at 10.40pm where the body of Mr Hastings was found.She remains in custody and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday.
