A fourth person has been arrested for causing death by dangerous driving following the death of a cyclist near Gloucester's St Barnabas roundabout in September. Cyclist Alan Knight, 64, died following an alleged hit and run incident when he was hit by a black BMW at around 7am on Friday September 26. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
