A PAEDOPHILE, who took an 'up-the-skirt' video while he worked in a Cheltenham shop, is alleged to have breached his sexual offences prevention order.
Daniel Powell of Southgate Street in Gloucester stands accused of also breaching a suspended sentence.
The 33-year-old will enter pleas over the allegations at Gloucester Crown Court on July 18.
