Detectives have another 24 hours to question a man arrested on suspicion of the murder of Tuffley healthcare assistant Sharon Wall.
The 60-year-old man was arrested after the fatal stabbing on Ms Wall, 53, on Wednesday at Wotton Lawn hospital in Gloucester.
