ARSONIST Daniel Impey started a £7,000 blaze at a recycling centre because he wanted to be arrested and locked up, a court heard.
The 23-year-old chose the Gloucester City Council recycling depot in Eastern Avenue to set fire to because he knew he would be picked up on CCTV, said prosecutor Janine Wood.
