A WOMAN has been accused of claiming her dead mum's benefits.
Renata Nistorova, 42, of St James Street, Tredworth, appeared at Gloucester Crown Court yesterday to face charges that she falsely claimed more than £36,000.
She is accused of dishonestly claiming £33,261.95 between December 22, 2008 and September 1, 2013, by not telling the Department of Work and Pensions that her mother had died in 2008.
