Tony Poole has been charged with wounding with intent after a double stabbing in Nettleton Road, Gloucester, on Monday.
A Gloucestershire police spokesman said: "Anthony Keith Poole, 51, of Melbourne Street East, Gloucester, has been charged with two counts of section 18 wounding with intent in connection with the stabbing of two men at a flat on Nettleton Road on Monday."
He will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court this morning.
