HELPLESS mum Leah Thompson watched on as her family's cat Jasper was savaged by two dogs on the doorstep of her Kingsway home.
The mum-of-four fears a small child on Kingsway could be the next victim of the two Staffordshire bull terriers if they are not caught soon.
