Police are appealing for information after an 18-year-old man was assaulted in Gloucester.
The incident happened on Central Road, Gloucester at around 3.30am on Sunday December 29.
The victim, an 18-year-old man from Gloucester had been involved in a fight, as a result of this he sustained head injuries and was taken to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol where he is currently in a critical but stable condition.
