MEPHEDRONE dealer Richard Norton has been jailed for peddling the 'pernicious' drug in Gloucester.Judge William Hart told Norton, 29, pictured, that MCat, as it is known, is far too widespread in the area and nationally.Norton admitted possessing mephedrone and cannabis with intent to supply and possessing an extending baton as an offensive weapon when he appeared at Gloucester Crown Court this week.
