A HOMELESS man has been charged with arson and two counts of assaulting a police officer after an incident in Eastern Avenue, Gloucester on Tuesday.
Daniel Luke Impey, 23, of no fixed abode was charged with the offences on Wednesday, August 28 and appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Gloucester Crown Court on September 12.
