Three men have been charged with offences following an incident of disorder outside a Cheltenham nightclub. Morgan Corran, 19, of Cold Pool Lane in Badgeworth, Cheltenham has been charged with assault by beating, affray and causing unnecessary suffering to a German Shepherd police dog.
