HELP for Heroes charity thief Ashley Tonks is off to party capital Ibiza after his community service was scrapped.The 19-year-old, from Tuffley, was caught stealing cash after a charity collection day in May 2012 at an Asda store in Swindon.At Swindon Magistrates Court in August, Tonks, 19, was ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work and pay £250 compensation and sentenced to a six week curfew banning him from going out between 7pm and 7am.But a motorbike accident earlier this year...
