Man cleared of causing GBH in Stroud pub altercation

JURORS have cleared a man of causing grievous bodily harm during an altercation at a Stroud pub.Craig Martin was accused of throwing two glasses at Simon Weyman's head during a row at The Swan on August 4.Mr Weyman said he broke his ankle when he got his foot caught in the foot rail of the bar as he attempted to duck the glasses coming towards him.But Mr Martin was found not guilty of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and a lesser charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm at Gloucester...
