THREE men have appeared at Gloucester Crown Court accused of conspiracy to steal.It is alleged the men used a bank card trap device on a bank cash machine in Cheltenham's Bath Road.Lucien Dascalescu, 28, of Red Lane, Coventry, Mihai Draga, 27, of the same address and Christian Tudor, 21, of no fixed abode, entered no plea to the charges.They were remanded in custody awaiting a plea and a case management hearing to take place on May 31.
