A RESTRAINING order has been granted against Jean El Hachemi.The 43-year-old, from Swindon Road in Cheltenham, was found not guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm and causing a person fear of violence.However, a restraining order was granted against him at Gloucester Crown Court yesterday. This order will prevent him from contacting Peyker and Segrim Harper and stop him from going to Rose Way in Cirencester for the next two years.
