AGGRESSIVE Ryan Davis has been allowed to walk free after swinging a claw hammer at another man outside a city shop.The 32-year-old was already banned from the Sainsbury's store in Northgate Street when he got into a row with a security guard and another shopper.Davis, of Columbia Close, Kingsholm, was given a suspended jail term at Gloucester Crown Court.Prosecutor Martin Steen told the court at an earlier hearing that Davis flared up when a security guard told him to leave the shop.An unknown...
