AN 18-year-old man from Cheltenham was assaulted while walking along the Promenade in the early hours of last Saturday morning.
The man was walking along the Promenade along around 4am when he was approached by another man outside the Jack Wills shop, who accused him of taking a woman's phone and bag.
He denied taking the items, before he was assaulted by the other man.
The victim suffered cuts to his arms and injuries to his jaw in the incident.
